Is it safe to use S+ by ResMed when I am pregnant?

Yes, the S+ by ResMed unit has not been found to pose any health risks during pregnancy to either mother or child.

Is S+ by ResMed designed to monitor the sleep of children?

No, S+ by ResMed is not designed to monitor children’s sleep. Children naturally have a lower body mass index (BMI) than adults. A low BMI may not allow the S+ by ResMed unit to successfully monitor a child’s breathing rate. Children also inherently move a lot more in their sleep compared to adults, and this would produce an inaccurate sleep score.

Does the unit require a power outlet to run or is a battery sufficient?

Yes, the S+ by ResMed unit must be connected to a power source to function. It is not a battery-powered product. A power supply unit and USB power cable are provided with the S+ by ResMed.

Is the S+ sensor technology harmful to my children or pets?

No, the sensor technology in the S+ by ResMed is not known to be harmful to children or pets, and meets with current international safety standards for electronic devices.
