How do I return a product for refund?

If you purchased your S+ by ResMed unit through the mySleep online store within the last 30 days, you can arrange the return of your S+ unit by going to the ‘My Account’ section at mysleep.resmed.com.

If you ordered your S+ by ResMed unit directly with us via the telephone, please post it to us enclosing your name, address, telephone number, email address and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. You may return it to:

If you purchased your S+ by ResMed unit through one of our ResMed Centres for Healthy Sleep within the last 30 days, you may either return it in person to the clinic or post it directly to them, enclosing your name, address, telephone number, email address and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.

If you did not purchase your S+ by ResMed unit directly through ResMed or mySleep, you will need contact the retailer whom you purchased through with regards to any return, refund or exchange.

All returns are at your own expense, however if you purchased through the mySleep online store and are returning your S+ by ResMed unit within 30 days of purchase, the Return is free.

How long do I have to make a return?

Do I have to pay for the postal cost to return my unit?

All returns are at your own expense, however if you purchased through the mySleep online store and are returning your S+ by ResMed unit within 30 days of purchase, the Return is free.

How long will it take for my return to be processed and to receive my refund?

You should receive your refund within two weeks from the date we receive it back.

Will I receive a full refund?

You will be refunded the price you paid for the S+ by ResMed unit but not for the postage we charged to send the S+ by ResMed unit to you.

How do I return a defective product?

To make a return requires a proof of purchase. You must contact ResMed by calling 0800 917 7071  or email mysleep@resmed.co.uk stating your name, full mailing address, contact telephone number, the name of the product, its serial number, date and place of purchase and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, you will be provided with an authorisation number and instructions for return shipment. You may be asked to return your defective product. Please include original packing material, product box, and accessories that were supplied with the original product.

The returned product must be accompanied with original proof of purchase, a copy of which you should keep for your records. Failure to supply a proof of purchase will result in return of the product without being examined and at your own expense. ResMed Corp. will not be responsible for any damage incurred or loss during shipment.

What is covered by the warranty?

Defects in workmanship and materials associated with the product are covered by this warranty. The product must be used in accordance with its instruction for use. Any damage or defect caused by a failure to follow instruction which relates to this product will not be covered. These include accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, product modification, faulty ancillary equipment, improper voltage or current, lightning or other acts of God. Products covered by ResMed Corp. liability are limited to repair or replacement. Claims must be made within one year of purchase.

Can S+ by ResMed hear me? Does it monitor my talking?

The bio-motion sensor monitors your breathing and movement only. The microphone on your compatible smartphone monitors the noise levels in your bedroom environment but no actual audio recording takes place.

Is there a camera (video or image) in S+ by ResMed?

No, S+ by ResMed does not contain a camera of any type.
