What is my user name?
This is the email address that you provided when first setting up an account.
What if I forget my user account details?
If you forget your password, you can request a password-change email to be sent to your email address.
How do I change my password?
Passwords are changed through the “forgot password” link on the app or website. Please follow the instructions given by following that link.
Why does the S+ by ResMed app ask for my location?
The S+ Mentor may use your approximate location information to provide more customised advice if you wish to allow this.
How do I remove my S+ data from my smartphone?
In your S+ app, go to Settings and select Clear Local History.
How do I delete my S+ account?

Can one smartphone or tablet be used with two different accounts?
Yes you can access your data through the S+ by ResMed app from any compatible smartphone or tablet. However the S+ device can only track one person’s sleep at a time, it is not possible to simultaneously track multiple sleep sessions with S+ by ResMed. We also recommend only one account per user, to allow easier viewing of information and better personalization of S+ Mentor feedback.
