This tracker has really helped me to learn about my sleeping habits. I really like the few questions before setting the tracker up as I’m noticing a link between the amount of caffeine and exercise when compared with my sleeping patterns. I’ve been using the ResMed S+ tracker in combination with my Lumie and I’m feeling much more refreshed in the mornings. It has definitely helped to make my mornings more enjoyable!
