However, now I’ve found which parts of the app I enjoy and that work for me, I’ve been sleeping better than ever. I’ve even set myself a bedtime which has worked wonders on my sleep pattern.

Overall I really enjoy using the S+, and the parts of the product that I don’t like are just personal preference. The S+ is such a useful tool, so if you’re a bad sleeper, I really urge you to check it out.
